# Time Relaxation Approval

The Time Relaxation approval process involves reviewing the Time Relaxation request and taking action on it.

To approve the Time Relaxation request, click the **Time Relaxation** **Approval** option on the Approvals screen as displayed below:

You will be directed to the **Time Request** screen to approve or reject the pending time relaxation requests.

Click **Take Action** on the respective request, then add comments in the Remarks section and click **Approve/ Reject** button as required.

Once the request is **approved/ rejected**, it will be removed from the screen.
