# 360 Degree Feedback

From the **Left navigation** menu, go to **Performance** and select a performance period to start. You will be directed to the Appraisal Form screen.

Click 360-degree feedback option, here you can collect, or view the feedback.

## Give Feedback

You can collect feedback by creating a list of questions and sharing it with your peers and supervisors as shown below. Use Previous and Next buttons to navigate to other questions and submit.
