From the Left navigation menu, go to Performance and select a performance period to start. You will be directed to the Appraisal Form screen.
Click 360-degree feedback option, here you can collect, or view the feedback.
You can collect feedback by creating a list of questions and sharing it with your peers and supervisors as shown below. Use Previous and Next buttons to navigate to other questions and submit.
Once you submit the feedback, you can view it later.
